How do I get the printable certificate?

You will enter the recipient's name in your order notes. Certificates are batched each night and emailed to customers the same day or by early the next morning. Allow 24 hours to receive your certificate by email. Remember to check your spam or junk box if it doesn't show in your inbox.

What do I do with the certificate once I receive it?

We suggest color printing it, rolling it into a scroll, and tying it with a ribbon. Then place it in a gift bag or box. You can also grab an 8 1/2" x 11" certificate frame from a local store to make a desk or wall-mounted product.
