Sales are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. Please review the policy in full before completing a purchase.

3.1 Ownership of Website Content

All content provided on this website—including text, images, graphics, designs, videos, trademarks, certificates, logos, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of GIFT THE SWAMP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.

3.2 Ownership of Novelty Certificates and Aerial Views

GIFT THE SWAMP sells novelty certificates only. 

All certificates, micro-plot numbers, coordinates, and aerial-view references provided to customers are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

• We do not sell real land.
• We do not transfer deeds, titles, property rights, or any      legal interest in land.
• The 1-square-foot “swamp view” referenced in your certificate is a souvenir aerial-view novelty image, not a physical parcel or real estate asset.

All land referenced in the coordinates remains the property of its legal owner(s). Customers receive only a novelty certificate and the right to view the approximate location on publicly available mapping tools (such as Google Earth).

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, sell, or distribute any website content without authorization
• Use the website for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Misrepresent novelty certificates as real property
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of the website or products shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Hillsborough County, Florida. You agree to waive the right to a jury trial. The arbitrator’s decision may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction.
