Digital Products: Our novelty certificates are delivered instantly as digital downloads or printable files. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a certificate or digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
Physical Products (if applicable): If we offer any physical items, they must be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Contact us first to receive a return authorization.
